The department’s experts suggest that Russians opt for food such as vegetables, fruits, dairy products, berry fruit drinks, high-quality tea of different varieties, seafood and fish in general, as well as dried fruit compotes.
But it is better to postpone the consumption of meat products until cooler times, experts are convinced. It is also preferable to refuse sugar, alcohol and drinks - “power engineers” for the period of heat.“Try to eat food in the morning and in the evening, giving up abundant provisions in the middle of the day, at the peak of heat,” they recommend in Rospotrebnadzor. “Do not forget to properly store food and monitor its sanitary and hygienic compliance!”
