On the territory of the city of Lebedyan, in the Lipetsk region, a new greenhouse began to operate with full automation of the production process. This is stated in the message of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
According to Anastasia Zubrikova, the head of the peasant (farm) economy, the production of fresh vegetables became possible throughout the year thanks to the use of modern equipment.
The greenhouse is equipped with the latest technology in accordance with the new trends of the world's leading greenhouses. Inside the greenhouse complex, 100 LED lamps are installed, replacing daylight by 97%. They allow you to grow crops indoors without access to sunlight.
Shelves for plants were bought, on which mats were placed, where seeds of cucumbers are planted. Much attention is paid to drip irrigation, in which plants receive all the necessary substances.
Water enters the plants, passing through 3 filters, becoming completely neutral. It is heated, mixed with organic fertilizers, after which it is sent to seedlings and adult plants.
The ventilation and watering process are subject to a software relay, which can be controlled through a computer program, exposing all operations taking into account all parameters.
In the immediate plans of manufacturers is the release of the first batch of products with a volume of 4 tons, which they plan to receive by the New Year.
