- Soaked washed cucumbers for 2 hours in cold water.
- While water-drenched fruits absorb moisture, preserving crisp qualities, rinse the greens thoroughly.
- Free the garlic cloves from the husk.
- Greens and spices divided into 2 parts.
- Place the first part at the bottom of the pickling tank.
- Place cucumbers on top.
- Put the remaining ingredients on top of them.
- Pour the required amount of water into a separate container.
- Pour salt into water and dissolve with active stirring.
- Pour the fruits with the resulting cold solution so that it completely covers them.
- Then leave the vegetables in the dressing at room temperature for at least 24 hours.

20 minutes and a day for salting
Nutritional value per 100 g:

- Add the resulting mixture to vegetables.
- Close the container with the chopped cucumbers lid and shake it several times so that the brine mixes with the chopped vegetables.
