On the territory of the city of Sevsk, located in the Bryansk region, the new production workshop of the Umalat enterprise was inaugurated.
It is reported that the production resources of the new facility will help employees regularly market high-quality cheeses such as mozzarella, chechil, suluguni, etc.
It is known that raw materials for the production of cheese delicacies are supplied to the enterprise by domestic milk producers. The organizers of the project claim that every day a new workshop can process more than two hundred tons of milk into cheese.
High production rates and unique high-tech equipment will allow Russian Umalat to successfully compete with cheeses of such brands as Karat, Lactalis and Hochland, which are on the market in a wide range.
The costs of designing, building, equipping and staffing employees forced investors to invest about one billion rubles in the workshop.
However, the high costs allowed to establish production in such a way that not only domestic buyers, but also foreign retailers from countries both near and far abroad became interested in cheeses from the new workshop.
