Today, the government of the Republic of Buryatia has a solution to an important issue - to work out all the nuances of halal-type mutton export to the market of such a state as Pakistan.
Representatives of the Buryat regional authorities say that they are ready for close cooperation with all buyers, not only from Pakistan.
At the same time, the butchers of the republic are aware that they will have to establish a productive work process not only with potential customers. But also with existing suppliers.
It will not be superfluous to note that among other priority tasks, Buryat exporters will have to try to convince importers of the high quality of their products. And that it corresponds to halal standards.
The reason for this is the dominance in the world market of unscrupulous manufacturers and suppliers who assure that their goods are real halal, although in fact the lamb does not significantly reach the declared standards.
Note that halal is considered to be products that are not carrion, pork or meat strangled, killed by horns or fallen from a height of animals. The requirements for halal products are described in more detail in the third ayat of the Islamic surah al-Ma'ida in the Qur'an.
