Crops of several hundred hectares in the Nikolaev area were damaged by a giant hail.
Krivoozersky and Pervomaisky districts of the Nikolaev area were covered by a hail, which lasted for an hour. It is noteworthy that this weather phenomenon was observed during the 30-degree heat.
Together with hail, a storm swept through the lands of the Nikolaev region, which broke and uprooted trees. The extremists have already unblocked the roads from fallen trees. No data on human casualties. Farmers count the losses caused by the elements.
Earlier it was reported that in the spring of this year, the hail took place in the Ternopil region, where it caused damage to agriculture. The fields and household plots of the Ternopil, Transcarpathian, Zhytomyr, Khmelnitsky regions were flooded.
In Transcarpathia, the flood washed away cultivated plants from the fields and significantly spoiled the harvest of vegetables and berries of the closed ground. Farmers in the Transcarpathian region were forced to collect greenhouse tomatoes in green to save at least part of the crop.
Strawberries from their greenhouses got wet and could no longer be transported to other cities of the country. The berry had to be sold locally at low prices.
