From July 22 to August 22 in the Kirovograd region will be the destruction of the foci of the American white moth, ragweed and wormwood field. The chairman of the regional state administration on July 19, 2019 No. 914-r.
To implement this order, training seminars will be held in the first week of the month, organized by the district state administration and local authorities. These seminars will be attended by village heads, heads of housing maintenance associations, chairmen of quarterly committees, landowners and land users.
They will study information related to the control of pests with the participation of specialists from the State Food and Beverage Service of the Kirovograd Region.

The regional branch of the Odessa Railway company Ukrzaliznytsia OJSC and the Regional Highway Service, which are required to ensure the implementation of phytosanitary rules and phytosanitary measures in accordance with article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Plant Quarantine,” are obliged to comply with the order.
