Russian Andrei Shablov not so long ago received the "Far Eastern hectare" laid down by law. He got the land located in the village of Yastrebovka, in the Partizansky district of the region. In the acquired space, Shablov built a unique bakery that produces environmentally friendly bread according to the recipes of our ancestors.
“This is the so-called peasant production, which is distinguished not only by the primordially Russian specifics of cooking, but also by the fact that the bread is cooked in clean water, organic grain and in clean air,” says Andrei. - Our bakery is adjacent to the river and the green taiga valley. We add environmentally friendly honey and salt to the sourdough. All this is combined with our love for our work. And it turns out unique, unlike other bread! ”
Many residents of Primorsky Krai, who order Shablov's products on special thematic pages on social networks, have already been convinced of the correctness of Andrei’s words. Some receive bread through courier services, but many prefer to receive products from the hands of the bakers themselves. To do this, buyers go to Yastrebovo on off-road vehicles or get on foot for their two. There are no other ways to get to the village.
The guests of the bakery take part in a tour of the bakery with pleasure, admire the unique mill built according to old patterns and observe with their own eyes the process of baking bread in Russian ovens.
