A unique hybrid cultivar such as broccoli was presented to the world community by leading experts of the Seminis breeding enterprise (Netherlands).

It is reported that the innovative broccoli is called "Skytree" and belongs to the hybrid category "Easy Floret".

According to the developers, their brainchild is in many ways different from the broccoli varieties familiar to the world. For example, Skytree is very easy to split into sockets, which, no doubt, will appeal to culinary experts from around the world, who, in particular, are used to freezing broccoli for the future.

In addition, the harvesting of a new broccoli variety occurs several days earlier than, for example, in the case of the standard hybrid variety Ironman.

Sockets of a new variety, developers say, are much less susceptible to the effect of yellowing outlets. And the taste of “Skytree” will surprise even the most demanding gourmets with its atypical sweetness, which is not inherent in standard varieties.

It will not be superfluous to note that you can eat not only Skytree inflorescences, but also stems that are no less tasty and saturated.

Breeders emphasize that the new variety is also convenient in that it is easy to clean mechanically, rather than manually. This opportunity gives a small amount of foliage around the head of cabbage.
