- Place a piece of gauze on a colander and wipe the cooled mass, separating the bones. It turns out about 2.2 kg of a thick liquid. Throw cake.
- Throw sugar into the resulting mass. Transfer contents to a stainless steel basin or wide-bottom pan.
- Put on the stove, bring to a boil, and then keep on low heat for 7 minutes until the contents acquire the desired density. In the process of boiling, it is necessary to constantly stir the future jam with a wooden spatula.
